Lakas' interest in warfare wanes after Ganda's disapperance. Soon, the former Bagani bears witness to Higa's dominance in battle. Seeing an opportunity to return to Sansinukob, Lakas challenges Higa. Liksi, on the other hand, reveals to Babaylan the key to Sarimaw's defeat.Sarimaw is in grave desperation to search for Lakas. Aware that the former Bagani has the very weapon that would kill him, the evil guardian remains adamant in his manhunt mission for a much deeper cause - his mother, Malaya. Unbeknownst to Sarimaw, Lakam is out to race against him. Lakas, on the other hand, is eager to return to Sansinukob. However, he soon finds out that leaving the island of the pirates is no easy task. Meanwhile, Liksi learns a thing or two on what it takes to be a Bagani.
