Asian Baked Chicken Wings
3.75 lb - Chicken wings
For Marinate
1/4 cup - Light Soy Sauce
1/3 cup - Honey
4 tbsp - Oyster Sauce
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
2 tbsp - Garlic
2 tbsp - Dried Parsley
1/4 cup - Black Pepper
Pinch - Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbsp - Dried Basil
1/4 cup - Coconut Soda
2 small - Green Onion
Set oven at 400, Cook for 35-40 mins, Base/ Maranate every 5-10 mins
Deep Fried Flounder
Sauce
1 3m - Ginger
2 tbsp - Vegetable Oil
3 tsp - Chinese Rice Wine
1/3 cup - Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp - Oyster Sauce
1 bunch - Green Onion
3 tsp - Sugar
Flounder
1.5 lb - Whole Flounder
1 tsp - Salt & Pepper
1 cup - CornStarch
Vegetable Oil For Deep-Frying .. i said 2 cups, but more like 4 cups total
In the Video For Got to salt and pepper
And dust the flounder with cornstrach
