Arc-driven Vibrating Membrane

Arc pulsations provide two forces which displace dust material on a non-conductive surface. Current passing through the bolt to a conductive surface below creates an electrical field around the conductor and displaces/repels material. Additionally,, and the purpose of this setup was to determine if an arc will cause a surface to vibrate. The pulses of the arc seem to have accomplished setup objective.
