Analysis: Libya peace talks in jeopardy

Algeria is hosting a gathering of Libya rivals to discuss the long-running conflict. General Khalifa Haftar, one of the key players, has pulled out of the talks. Haftar earlier said he had held several meetings with Prime Minister Fayez Serraj but nothing came out of them.
