Alina Sanko crowned Miss Russia 2019

Alina Sanko was crowned Miss Russia 2019 in an opulent ceremony from Moscow's Barvikha Luxury Hall on Saturday night. The entrant from the Rostov city of Azov wowed the judges, coming out on top of over 50 competitors. She was handed her diamond-encrusted white gold crown by last year's winner Yulia Polyachikhina. Runners-up were Arina Verina from Yekaterinburg and Ralina Arabova from Tatarstan. Miss Russia 2019 will now represent her country at the Miss Universe and Miss World beauty pageants.
