This group exercise class is for educational purposes taught by Employee Fitness Program mentors, Brianna Drummond and Bernice Dumbleton at the College at Brockport. This is the highest level of intensity for the group classes and requires extensive experience with exercise and strength training. The class involves a warm-up, a three-part circuit made up of difficult, full-body and muscle specific exercises using dumbbells, and a cool down. Modifications are provided for participants.Equipment includes dumbbells (2-10 lbs) and exercise mats.
