If it sounds like I’m slightly out of breath, it’s because I am. This is the most challenging workout I’ve ever posted to my channel (IMO) We go through times of peaking the heart rate through cardio and then recovering during a strength exercise. Be sure to do round 1 and 2 for more burpee options. Again, once you find your burpee stop, then stop! (Meaning if you’re form is compromised or you’re not feeling it, go back to the previous burpee version) Grab a set of dumbbells and a mat. 40 minutes of torching calories and fat - lets go!!!
