Once you find your bus stop, make your stop. The burpees will become progressively more challenging throughout the workout. When you find your most challenging version of the burpees in this video, continue with that and do not advance. How can you tell? If you lose your form and/or mind-muscle connection regress to the previous burpee variation. The first burpee rep is always taken slow. Burpees are challenging, and this workout is challenging. What doesn't challenge you, won't change you. This hits the entire body, but the main focus is on glutes and hamstrings during our "recovery" exercises. I talk a lot during this workout.
