40 MINUTE ARM AND CARDIO HIIT - Are you looking to burn off that body fat on your arms? Maybe you want them to be more toned or muscular? Most of us know that the only way we can get that is to pay attention to both nutrition and the right exercises. Putting more time under tension and focusing on arms more than once a week will be helpful, as well as eating enough protein in order to have those muscles grow! Join me as we incorporate both strength and cardio exercises to sculpt our arms!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells and a resistance tube
Workout:
10 minute cardio hiit
Banded hammer curl
Pushups
2 db skull crusher
x3
Bent arm lateral raise
Banded palms up bicep curl
Tricep dips
x3
Tricep chest press to overhead extension
Full rom front raise
Pinwheel curls
x3
100 lateral raise to finish off!
Cool down and stretch
