4-10-11, St. Paul, MN -TWC 12:28 am (Thunder) *Severe T-Storm Watch*

0.19" of rain fell locally overnight on 4/9 into the morning of 4/10. Unusual to see the word tornado in the forecast. Last night the tornado activity stayed well to the south in Northern Iowa. Today, tornado activity seems to be best centered over southern and central wisconsin, althought the Twin Cities is on the edge.
