[2.6.5 PTR] (GR95-110+) LoN Meteor Shower Solo Speed - CDR + Ess of Johan - GR107 @ ~1600p

Will clear the lower GRs much quicker than Tal. Upper end is still slightly faster, defensive, and slight bit higher damage (considering missing affix on amulet). Worth looking into if you enjoy Meteor shower speeds. Using CDR via Evocation, Helm, Shoulder, Paragon, Amulet. Ess of Johan for Pulls that A) Don't soak etched sigil and B) aren't cooldown based. Rating GR110+ on the top end. I'm missing quite a bit of damage from the missing 100% CHD affix on amulet. This run was with follower wearing Ess of Johan as well, though you may opt to swap that amulet out on follower.
