[2.6.4 PTR] (GR95-110+) Tal Meteor Speed @ GR109 ~1500p

https://ptr.d3planner.com/627424662 Tal Meteor speed build from the 2.6.4 PTR. GR109 cleared in 4m 20s. Should be getting about 4-6 minute clears with this build. The Grandeur bonus allows us to retain both CoE and Endless walk with this build, so it is very powerful. Defense sustained by a mix of Karini, Mantle of Channeling, Aquila, and EW (no unity). Some LoH included for recovery, though even the LoH on bracer is optional. My preference is to go LoH bracer for solo since we're also using the Invigorating gemstone. If swapping this gem out for group play, consider VIT in that slot instead. As compared to the 2.6.1 iteration, we've opted for Deflection and Power of the storm for more defense and cost reduction. Topaz is also an option in helm for more RCR. Simulating about 1500 paragon (10-11 augments assumed) when testing. PTR Build: 2.6.4.54724.
