Been getting all my meals on time as well as making an effort to sleep enough. Something I always struggle with.
Another positive factor is that I’m hitting the gym as scheduled without missing any days. Consistency is big for me.
I am a little concerned however, that I may be over training.
Considering dialing it back a bit.
Perhaps I should just sleep more.
