All you need is yourself and 20 minutes! This is the perfect quick workout to do while the baby naps. No jumping, and no equipment needed. This workout is great to do if your just starting to workout after having a baby (once you get clearance from your doctor of course) This is what I started out doing post first and second baby. Go into your workouts slowly after baby. Gradually add weights and resistance bands once you’ve worked up the strength and stamina!
