North Macedonia: Pres Pendarovski visits scene of deadly COVID clinic fire

North Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski visited the site of the recent deadly fire at a temporary COVID-19 clinic in Tetovo on Thursday.
The president said, “we cannot allow the investigation to continue endlessly for few months. The Macedonian public deserves quick, essential and expert answers without delays in the investigation.”
A fire broke out at the clinic late on Wednesday, claiming the lives of 10 people, according to the country’s health ministry.
Injured survivors were transferred to a hospital in Skopje for treatment.
