North Macedonia: At least 10 dead after fire at makeshift COVID treatment centre

The fire broke out in a section of units being used for coronavirus patients. Footage filmed at the scene shows the fire being put out by firefighters.
“Ten people have been confirmed dead in the blaze so far, but the number could rise. This is a very sad day,” confirmed North Macedonia’s health minister Venko Filipce on Twitter.
A number of injured survivors were transferred to a hospital in Skopje.
