‘Man Breaks World RECORD for Standing on Hot Air Balloon’

A 28-year-old Frenchman has set the new world altitude record for standing on top of a hot air balloon.

Remi Ouvrard performed the daring stunt 4,016 metres above Western France in an astronaut suit, while completing an annual Telethon campaign to raise money for research into neuromuscular diseases.

He kept his nerve to even hold a selfie stick and film the breathtaking experience.
