‘Tragic Hot Air Balloon CRASH Kills Five People in New Mexico’

Five people have died after a hot air balloon hit a power line in New Mexico.

The crash happened early on Saturday morning in Albuquerque.

The basket the passengers were riding in detached from the balloon and crashed.

Witnesses reportedly saw the balloon fall to the ground in a deflated state.

The incident cut off power to more than 13,000 homes in the surrounding area.

Four people were pronounced dead at the scene, and the fifth person later died at hospital.

Authorities haven’t determined what caused the crash.

The National Transportation Safety Board has opened an investigation on the cause of the accident.
