Bulgaria: Emergency services arrive at scene after bus crash kills at least 46

At least 46 people including several children died in a bus crash near Bosnek in the early hours of Tuesday.

The North Macedonia-registered vehicle crashed and caught fire as it was driving overnight on a motorway south-west of Sofia. Several survivors have been evacuated to hospital.

Police and ambulance vehicles were seen at the site of the disaster which has been sealed off by police, who are beginning an investigation.
