Hundreds of Waukesha residents gathered on Monday to pay their respects to the victims of Sunday’s Christmas parade incident in which an SUV driver ploughed into a crowd, killing five and injuring at least 48
Locals could be seen lighting up candles and writing solidarity messages in front of a stage.
Waukesha police said a 39-year-old male suspect in custody faces five counts of intentional homicide.
