Zippy Ride To Mill Hill-Pt 1

Home to ASDA. Welcome to my first Zippy Ride of 2019. The weather has turned quite mild at 10c and sunny so I took the Bull by the horns and set off for Mill Hill, my childhood area of Blackburn. I had contacted my Brother John to tell him of my planned trip and he said he would meet me on the way. On this part I ride along Shadsworth Road, Old Bank Lane and through Royal Blackburn's Hospital grounds. I then head down Haslingden road to Grimshaw Park. This is where I pick up the cobbled road that takes me to the towpath of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Please comment on the series. I hope you enjoy it.
