Opposition parties in Zimbabwe under the banner National Electoral Reform Agenda (NERA) say they will go ahead with the planned mega-demonstration set for today. NERA convenor Didymus Mutasa says they will press for electoral reforms in the country. He says they will hand over a petition to the electoral body, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, after which leaders of the political parties will address the demonstrators. NERA is a representative body of opposition political parties in the country ahead of the next election in 2018.
