Zero-Point Energy Generator Demonstration

In normal operation the machine appears to maintain a stable ball-lightning plasmoid in a microwave-chamber, and in this footage Chukanov appears to be adding energy to the plasmoid in some type of pulsed discharge, which creates a loud noise along with an incredible light potentially indicating the presence of zero-point energy.
