He is incredibly entertaining, funny and has a completely useful moveset to give to our custom characters. The moves he gives you are: God Splitter, Heavenly Arrow and Instant Severance. These moves are honestly the best as they can be combo-ed without too much difficulty and they are really practical and good in PvE and PvP.
