Zagemod v1.3.4 - Map Stat Alerts

Added completion alerts whenever you hit 100% kills, items, or secrets. You don't get anything for it, just a nice little pat on the back. Also adding an option that makes health and armor bonuses count as items again, for those who prefer the old behavior. Does not affect bonuses dropped by enemies via gibbing.
