云南大理强拆洱海客栈纪实 ( Brutal land seize from family owned Hotels in Dali, China by police and government)

云南大理游人众多之地的一个镇长居然能够这样带领警察和便衣、不出具法院证明以暴力强拆洱海边合法经营的客栈。这个录像摄于2018年12月8日。开始是客栈主人与官员据理力争，结果却遭到类似爆打。目前有上千家客栈正面临类似的命运. 他们根本得不到法律的保护. 首先, 当地的法院不受理他们的起 , 而且他们的律师早已收到会被捕的威胁. 这些客栈的业主是在几年前响应当地政府的招商合法开始营业的，现在却都面临如此下场。据了解这次强拆是在现任的阮成发省长旨意下进行的. 他过去在武汉东湖搞强拆和现在都是为了同一个国企、也就是所谓的华侨村。这个华侨村的名字在YouTube上广东一个强拆的录像里也提到过。 This is happening in Dali, Yunnan, a beautiful tourist city of China. Under the direction of current Yunnan governor Mr. Ruan, the head of the town (shown in the video) led the police and stormed a family owned lodge to enact forced land seize. Like many other similar postings on YouTube, they didn't show any court document supporting their actions. They also brought plain clothed policemen claiming as gangsters. The owner of the lodge reasoned with them at the beginning in legal terms but was soon brutally overpowered like a criminal. There are over a thousand of family lodge owners in the same neighborhood are facing the similar fate in the next few days. They started their business under the government ‘s call to promote tourist business just a few years ago and now are betrayed in such a way under the new governor. Now they are not protected by law. The local court won't take their case. Their lawyers already got the threat from the government officials that they would get arrested if they push the case to the court. People are saying that governor Chengfa Ruan had enforced similar brutal demolition in the city of Wuhan before he moved to Yunnan. And his real goal is to vacant the space for the same tourist real estate tycoon called Overseas Chinese Town as he did in Wuhan. Overseas Chinese Town is a state owned enterprise which was involved in forced demolition in many other part of Chinese as mentioned in some other videos on youTube.
