YoYos on the CNC - Stocking Stuffers

Carved initials of each grandchild into both sides of the yoyos using the CNC. The yoyos are made of hard maple. They are purchased from Caseyswood.com in Maine, a suppliers of wooden craft parts. Here the yoyos have their first coat of paint. They will get a second coat, then will be sanded, and then finished with a bit of salad bowl finish followed by buffing to a high shine on the Beall Wood Buff. The fixture was made to keep the yoyos from lateral movement. The yoyos were held in place with Gaffers Tape while carving.
