YouTubers Please Help Fix My Flatstalker Kayak!

Previous owner cut a hole completely thru my Flatstalker SUP Stand Up Paddleboard / Kayak for a stake out stick port. His work leaked and my Flatstalker took on water last time out and got so heavy we almost couldn't get it out of the water! I plan to use spray expanding foam to fill the floor and use a sun cured Gator Guard Patch on top. I'm thinking of using more spray expanding foam to fill the entire recess underneath (the bottom hole sits in a recess) and then use a large Gator Guard Patch to completely cover the recess the bottom hole sits in. Please watch the video and time me ideas and feedback on fixing my Flatstalker SUP / Kayak! Maybe you know which spray foam I should use, or have better ideas / info for making the repair?
