新幹線開業は影響必至! 683系 特急サンダーバード【Train View 前面展望 #07】683 series Limited Express "Thunderbird"

ビコムステーション「前面展望」第7弾！完全収録のブルーレイ版はこちら→http://vicom.co.jp/mt/2012/07/6552.html 大阪と富山・和倉温泉などを直結する特急サンダーバード。富山発着の便は683系4000番台を用いる。富山駅を出た大阪ゆきのサンダーバードは、高山本線と並走しつつ神通川を渡る。隣では北陸新幹線の高架橋の工事がたけなわだ。神通川を渡り終えると高山本線が別れてゆく。かつてここで立体交差していた富山地方鉄道射水線の跡も工事に支障するため撤去された。475系とすれ違い、呉羽トンネルをくぐる。再び新幹線工事の様子を隣に見れば、次の駅・呉羽駅を通過する。 北陸新幹線の金沢開業時、北陸本線はJRから経営が分離され、第三セクター化される。JR西日本では、金沢以北ではトワイライトエクスプレス以外の在来線特急を運転しない方針のようだ。それが現実になるとするならば、富山〜金沢の北陸本線で、開業前の新幹線工事の様子も含め、見通しが良い高運転台を持つ683系で記録しておくことは、将来には貴重な映像となるに違いない。 683 series Limited Express "Thunderbird" (Train View -- Scenes from the front #7) Vicom Station's (Scenes from the front) complete recording on Blu-ray is here→http://vicom.co.jp/mt/2012/07/6552.html West Japan Railway's Limited Express "Thunderbird", links Osaka and Toyama. The Thunderbird, leaving Toyama, bound for Osaka, starts off running beneath the new Shinkansen line now under construction, passes over the river, through the tunnel and heads west. When the Hokuriku Shinkansen line starts operation, the Thunderbird will be retired. This particular footage will become a precious record after that time.
