Mee Thao, Kevin Xiong's mother didn't know her son was gay until she discovered that he likes to dress up as a girl, paint his nails, and wear skirts. Mee Thao tells Xav Paub Xav Pom about her life raising a gay son and the struggle to come out. The constant verbal abuses from friends and relatives was a huge struggle for them. By coming out and telling their story gives them hope that others who are like them will also do the same. We want to thank them for their courage for sharing their story with us.
