to get to uninstanced ghostlands you can follow this tutorial down below. there are other methods that you can find on youtube as well. I personally know three ways in. If anyone still needs help getting there feel free to leave a comment. as far as getting to the room i sadly can't be of to much help with offline mode troubleshooting but if you follow the tutorial it should work and if it doesnt keep trying sometimes it doesn't stick and you have to do it multiple times.
