Worst House I Have Ever Seen that Needs Torn Down

I have bought some really bad houses that agents told me should be torn down that I was able to save. There is no saving this house. There is a reason it is one of the cheapest homes for sale within 40 miles! The house appears to have mud walls that are crumbling. The wiring has been ripped out of the drywall that covers the mud. The roof is caving in, and the access is through the broken front door that is laying in the house. The property has one bedroom without a closet and no bathroom! We found where the bathroom might be, but there is no plumbing to it. I did not buy this house!
