World of warships - RANKED season 9 SHIP REVIEW

Very requested ship review is finally here and it's long....very long. Even thought I hoped to make it in something like 20 mins, it was impossible because of 2 totally different tiers. First I do a review of tier 8 (all classes) in certain detail and than I do tier 10. There are certain things I didn't cover, like ship captain builds on ALL ships but I did on important ships. Also I didn't cover Asashio, Pittsburg and Columbia because they are not still in the game. I presume some of you may NOT agree with everything I said which is fine, you are entitled to your own opinion and you are more than welcome to share it in comments.
