World of Warcraft - Sky flickering fix (6.0.2)

There is sky graphic issue in World of Warcraft after patch 6.0.2: sky flickering when SLI or Crossfire technology enabled. To fix it, we can run console command "/console skycloudLOD 0". It helps for a few seconds, but after this skies flickering again. So I created a simple addon, that run this console command 4 times at second. Not perfect, but now you can play. He is changed it, and console command running 2 times per second instead my 4 times per second. It not well, because you still get some flickering in Stormwind. PS. Oh baby, when he changed author tag in toc file, he forgot delete "lrd.". It's part of my nickname ;)
