The global economy is strengthening but rising challenges including famine and refugees, combined with rising aspirations mean we must change the way we work in development finance, World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim said at the start of the WBG-IMF Spring Meetings in Washington, DC. Kim said the good news is that the Bank Group can help de-risk countries and projects, to facilitate private investment in developing countries.
