Tammy Duckworth was the first female double amputee soldier of the Iraqi war. Now she's a Congresswoman! She was elected to office just last November. I had the honor of meeting her in 2005, as I visited Walter Reed Army Hospital in DC to interview Oregon amputee soldiers for a KATU documentary "Casualties of War."
