Woman Left to Die in Nevada Jail

Kelly Coltrain's Texas family is mourning her loss following her death in a Nevada jail, four days after being taken into custody for failing to pay traffic tickets. The family says the jail staff neglected to do their job and someone needs to be held responsible.
