Woman accused of soliciting undercover agent at Cheviot foot massage parlor

CHEVIOT, Ohio (WKRC) - Deputies made a prostitution bust at a foot massage parlor in Cheviot. The arrest comes after Hamilton County deputies and Cheviot officers executed a search warrant at the spa on North Bend Road near Harrison Avenue. On Friday morning, investigators arrested 44-year-old Donglan Zhao and charged her with prostitution and soliciting prostitution. Court records show the arrest is the result of an undercover investigation. Zhao was arraigned Saturday morning where she pleaded not guilty. She has posted bond, and her pre-trial is scheduled for Nov. 21.
