This is the seventh lesson in a training series by Master Sam Hing Fai Chan. Sifu Chan is from the Ip Man Lineage; he trained closely with Ip Man's eldest son, Ip Chun, and his youngest son, Ip Ching. He was also a personal interpreter for Ip Ching.
