Windows 98 in 2017: Windows 98 SE transformed into Windows 7 (refined)

SONG: Windows 7 Remix 2 by SilverWolf (now defunct, but I still take no credit for it) MAIN OS: Windows 8.1 x64 w/ Update 1, transformed into Vista Transformation pack download: {Download removed due to copyright} After a small break, I have finally managed to transform Windows 98 into Windows 7. I feel that this is as close as it can possibly get, so I'm quite happy with this transformation. NOTE: There are currently no Windows 8.x or 10 themes available for Revolutions Pack, so I'm going to have to make them from scratch, so the next transformation may not be uploaded until sometime in March 2017, depending on how long it takes me to do this. In the mean time, I'll be uploading a 10 year anniversary video for my all time favorite OS, Windows Vista, as it will be officially 10 years since its release on January 30, 2017.
