Will Obi Wan Kenobi 's Lightsaber Return in Star Wars Episode 8 ?

Will Obi-Wan Kenobi's Lightsaber Return in Star Wars Episode VII ? We last saw Obi Wan's lightsaber fall to the ground after his Duel with Darth Vader on the first Death Star. After Obi-Wan became one with the force his lightsaber and jedi robes fell to the ground in front of Vader. The scene cuts away and we see Luke , Han Solo , Chewie and Leai all escape on the Millenium falcon. Soon we find ourselves in the midst ofthe battle of Yavin 4. With the possibility of Rey and Obi-Wan or Rey Kenobi being a popular theory for star wars episode 8 we can consider the possibility of Obi-Wan's lightsaber making a return. So what happened to Obi Wan Kenobi's lightsaber and will it ever return to star wars canon.
