Wilkes-Barre area flooding scenario: Part 1: Flash Flood Watch

I don't know how many parts this will have, but here is the first of a flooding scenario for Wilkes-Barre, PA (In Luzerne County and my hometown) a Flash Flood Watch issued. Music is "Amazing Grace" that I picked up from YT's AudioSwap. Everyone who lives in northeastern PA and the W-B area knows it's protected by a strong levee system, but it has been threatened several times in the recent past (Most recently June 2006). So here is a scenario that could play out over a couple of days that results in a potential flood. The idea comes from other scenarios done by other users on here.
