This video describes a process to aid in outdoor survival using ham radio and the WILDERNESS PROTOCOL. If you hunt alone, participate in Summits on the Air - SOTA, hike deep in the wild, or spend anytime in the outdoors, the chance of needing somebody to rescue you may happen. Search and Rescue teams will appreciate a savvy outdoorsman who makes a plan, writes it down, shares it with others, then sticks to the plan so they can find you quickly.
