Why this image is disgusting, racist and ignorant

In this video, I couldn't help but say something about the recent "apology" by former University of Oklahoma fraternity member Levi Pettit, who led the racist chant heard around the world. Members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity were caught on video singing that they would "never let a n*gger" in SAE," and also said that it was OK to hang black people from trees. Just a few weeks later, Pettit issued a public apology, being flanked by a group of random black people, creating one of the most despicable displays of racial ignorance in recent media history. That's what this video is all about.
