Make Sure you have PHP Version greater than or equal to 5.6.4.

Install Wamp Version 3+ and setup composer to operate with your PHP latest version of PHP, as shown in the video.
Install Laravel 5.3 in the easiest way possible without vagrant & using composer.
Wamp needs to be installed before using Laravel framework.
