A verbal spat broke out between a doctor and a relative of 2012 Delhi gangrape victim. The doctor is the Chief Medical Officer of a primary healthcare center in Uttar Pradesh's Ballia. The spat erupted following protests by villagers who have been demanding doctors and basic facilities at the center.
