When excellence is not enough, or how to make 1 +1 = 3: Xesco Espar at TEDxReus

Starting with a powerful statement "100% is actually 60%," Xesco Espar explains how a team accustomed to a high level of training, can at certain times using their "reserves survival" to get beyond the standard levels. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
