What's Wrong With My Pregnant Belly? - Diastasis Recti

I wanted to update you on why my pregnant belly is so painful sometimes. My abdominal wall is separating due to the baby growing, called diastasis recti, and you can see it on my belly bump! It's very painful some days, but most days I don't even notice it. This pregnancy is getting more and more difficult, and my symptoms seem to be getting worse. I'm holding onto hope that it will turn itself around soon, and I'll be able to feel more like myself again! Trying to stay healthy while pregnant is hard! Aside from the pregnancy symptoms, we enjoyed our day at the Treehouse Museum and the aquarium! Micah had a full day of fun, which makes us excited for a possible Disneyland trip with her this year!
