What is YOUTUBE PREMIUM? - YouTube Premium Review!

I take a look at the newly released YouTube premium. Replacing YouTube Red and adding in ad free viewing and YouTube Music. Also now having the feature to allow users on mobile devices to minimise YouTube and still allow for background play. All at a starting cost of 15.99 GBP. What are my thoughts?! To be honest I think its one of the best moves YouTube could of taken right now! And I think they have nailed the price and the content it allows you too do.
