What is Windows 8 RT?

The purpose of this video is to explain the software difference between Windows 8 and Windows RT, a kind off Windows 8 vs Windows 8 RT comparison. The purpose is to explain to people that the Windows 8 RT tablets do not allow legacy applications to run on them. However they do have some hardware advantages which I did not discuss, such as longer battery life and lighter weight.
